What is 4theteam Return Policy?

Answer

4theteam does not accept returns on personalized or specialized items. Other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How does 4theteam ensure my credit card information is safe?

Answer

When you click on “submit” to checkout from the shopping cart pages, your credit card info is sent encrypted, to our payment gateway, Authorize.net, where your purchase will be safely processed.  We do not store credit card numbers on our website.


Question

When I click on “submit” to checkout, instead of getting the Receipt page, I’m returned to the Checkout page, but it says my cart is empty. What happened?

Answer

The shopping cart does not work with older browsers or if your browser configuration does not allow the 4theteam website to connect to the payment gateway to process your credit card payment. To resolve this, try the following solutions: 1 – make sure your browser is configured to accept the 4theteam.com SSL certificate, 2 – make sure you do not have a firewall program blocking the 4theteam website, and/or 3 – upgrade your browser. If these options don’t work, or if you need assistance, you may contact us at 1-800-533-8543 or via our Contact page and we will complete your purchase offline.
